Pumpkin 35-39 Weeks
Week 487993 |
Finally, the home stretch!! Hallelujah! Sing His praises!
Before I got pregnant I remember thinking, "I hope I'm not one of those women that you can't ever tell that they're pregnant."...HAH!
Symptoms: Pain. Braxton Hicks. Nesting. Stretch marks. Itching. Nausea. Vomiting. Exhaustion. Forgetfulness. Did I miss anything? I am really feeling pregnant now.
Weight: I'm just going to say it +70. I'm not proud of it but that's the number.
Cravings: I have had this thing about milk lately, especially chocolate milk. Once again not really a "craving" just like "I could really go for a glass of milk" kind of thing.
Aversions: NONE!!
Gender: Sweet Boy
Movement: A whole lot of kicking, squirming, and dancing going on!
Sleep: What is sleep???
Favorite moment during these weeks: Baby showers!
Questions:So the itching and the rash went away but then the itching came back but the rash didn't. I asked my doctor about it and he ran some tests which had me extremely worried but everything is normal. God is so good!
Goals: Breathe, survive, have a baby!
What I miss: Sushi, cold deli meat, my normal clothes, bending over freely, being able to wear tennis shoes, being able to reach things in my cabinet. It's funny the things you take for granted when you don't have a watermelon sized baby inside of you.
What I'm looking forward to: Not being pregnant anymore, that sounds really terrible. I know there are many women out there that would do anything to be in my position but I am just being honest. Pregnancy has not been easy for me and I am ready for it to be over and for my baby to here.
Thoughts: HURRY UP ELI!
Also, I really am grateful for this little miracle and for the experience of pregannacy but I am also really ready to meet him and really, really, really, ready to start our new life!
